Progress not perfection

Growing up I was always told, "Work hard, have fun."  For the longest time I viewed art as a way to express my negative thoughts.  While this meditative process helped me - I realized I was working hard, but not having fun.
In June 2020 I was commissioned for a three-canvas, pink and gold painting that made me take a step back and reassess my process. Painting did not need to just be an escape, it is a magical transformation that connects people in a way words cannot compete with.
I opened up my commissions with the dream that I can connect with more people in the most intimate way - where they live. Everyone has a unique aesthetic that transforms their residence, into a home.
